Saló de l’Ensenyament is held at Fira de Barcelona’s Montjuïc venue, next to Plaça d’Espanya. Its historic halls vary in size and ceiling height, and loading access is tighter than at Gran Via.
Build-up is concentrated in the days before opening and dismantling starts as soon as the show closes, with working hours and loading slots set out by the organiser in the exhibitor manual. The show draws large numbers of students and families, so aisles get crowded: the stand needs clear welcome areas and finishes that stand up to five days of heavy use.
Venue regulations worth bearing in mind:
Ideally, book your stand builder 3–4 months before Saló de l’Ensenyament, whether you need a compact trade show booth or a large island stand: that leaves time for 3D design, plan approval, production and ordering technical services. We build in our Barcelona workshop and take the stand to the venue by truck, with our own installation and dismantling crew. You deal with one English-speaking project manager and receive a single invoice with Spanish VAT. See our stand build and installation in Barcelona page and our exhibition stand planning checklist.

Saló de l’Ensenyament is one of the main educational events in Barcelona, bringing together universities, vocational training centres, specialised schools, institutions and organisations linked to academic and professional guidance in one place.
At Factoría Creativa, we design, manufacture and build stands for Saló de l’Ensenyament, creating attractive, functional spaces adapted to the identity of each educational centre. Our goal is to help you present your academic offer clearly, attract students and families, and provide personalised attention throughout the fair.
We manage every project comprehensively, from the initial 3D design to production, transport, assembly and dismantling at the Montjuïc venue of Fira de Barcelona.

At an educational fair, the stand must quickly communicate what the centre offers, what its values are and what makes it different from other institutions. That is why we design visually clear, approachable spaces prepared to welcome a large number of visitors.
We integrate information counters, screens, graphic elements, meeting areas, guidance spaces and areas where degrees, vocational programmes, master’s courses and other academic options can be presented.
We manufacture and assemble the stand directly for Saló de l’Ensenyament, managing deadlines, finishes and all the technical elements required so that the space is ready before the opening.
Our team coordinates transport, structure installation, lighting, furniture, graphics, screens and any subsequent dismantling. We also adapt the project to the regulations and technical requirements of the Montjuïc venue.

Saló de l’Ensenyament welcomes students looking for information to decide their academic and professional future. For this reason, the stand must facilitate conversation, organise visitor flow and allow the centre’s team to provide comfortable assistance.
We design spaces with visible information points, areas for individual conversations, audiovisual resources and a layout that allows the educational offer to be presented without creating crowding.
The goal is for each visitor to easily understand what the centre offers and resolve their questions in a close, organised environment that represents the institution.
We design, manufacture and build stands for educational centres that need to present their academic offer clearly, attractively and professionally. Our team manages the entire project so that your institution can focus on informing, guiding and connecting with future students.
We create strong, functional stands adapted to the visual identity of each centre. We take care of the finishes, layout, materials and graphic elements so that your educational space conveys trust, clarity and professionalism.
Our goal is to design a stand that helps visitors understand your academic offer and improves the experience of students, families and professionals during the fair.
We take care of every stage of the project: design, production, transport, assembly, dismantling and technical coordination with the fair organisation.
Thanks to this comprehensive management, our clients have a single point of contact throughout the process, reducing time, avoiding incidents and ensuring a professional presence at Saló de l’Ensenyament.
You explain your academic offer, participation goals, stand size and visitor assistance needs.
We create a 3D design proposal adapted to the centre’s identity, including information areas, graphics, furniture and audiovisual resources.
We manufacture and assemble the stand at the Montjuïc venue, coordinating all technical elements so that it is ready before the opening.
Saló de l’Ensenyament 2027 takes place from 10 to 14 March 2027 at Fira de Barcelona’s Montjuïc venue.
The price depends on the square metres, the type of design, materials, furniture, graphics, audiovisual resources and technical services required. We prepare a customised quotation according to the characteristics of each project.
We recommend starting ideally 3–4 months before the show, to allow enough time for design, production, approval, transport and installation. Shorter lead times are possible for urgent projects, but the earlier you start, the more options you have for customisation.
