Practical information for VETECO exhibitors
VETECO is held at IFEMA Madrid as part of the International Construction Week, which brings several construction shows together in the venue’s halls next to Barajas airport.
Build-up is concentrated in the days before opening and dismantling starts as soon as the show closes, with working hours and loading slots set out by the organiser in the exhibitor manual. Window, façade and glass exhibitors bring large-format profiles and samples, so we plan how they are unloaded and positioned before the stand is closed in.
Venue regulations worth bearing in mind:
- Stand approval: the organiser asks for stand plans and elevations by a set deadline; we prepare and submit them for you.
- Height limits: they vary by hall and by stand position (island, corner or row), so we check them before the design is signed off.
- Electricity: the power supply is ordered from the organiser; we size it to your screens, lighting and equipment.
- Weights and fixings: joinery and curtain-wall samples need free-standing structures, as fixing into the hall floor or walls is generally not allowed.
Ideally, book your stand builder 3–4 months before VETECO, whether you need a compact trade show booth or a large island stand: that leaves time for 3D design, plan approval, production and ordering technical services.
