Hispack takes place at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, spread across several of its large, column-free halls with loading bays built to take machinery.
Build-up is concentrated in the days before opening and dismantling starts as soon as the show closes, with working hours and loading slots set out by the organiser in the exhibitor manual. At a packaging machinery show, heavy equipment usually moves in on its own schedule, so we coordinate the delivery of your machines with the stand build to keep the two from clashing.
Venue regulations worth bearing in mind:
Ideally, book your stand builder 3–4 months before Hispack, whether you need a compact trade show booth or a large island stand: that leaves time for 3D design, plan approval, production and ordering technical services. We build in our Barcelona workshop and take the stand to the venue by truck, with our own installation and dismantling crew. You deal with one English-speaking project manager and receive a single invoice with Spanish VAT. See our stand build and installation in Barcelona page and our exhibition stand planning checklist.
We don’t yet have a published project at Hispack, but we have built stands for companies with very similar needs:

Hispack is Spain’s leading packaging, process and logistics show. At Fira de Barcelona it brings together packaging manufacturers, packing, filling and labelling machinery, automation and robotics suppliers, and the food, drink, cosmetics, pharma and chemical brands looking for solutions for their products.
At Factoría Creativa we design and build exhibition stands for Hispack that put both machines and materials in the spotlight: clear, safe spaces to run live equipment and present packaging samples to professional buyers.
At Hispack, packing lines in operation sit alongside displays of containers, labels and sustainable materials. We design each stand around what needs to be shown: platforms and safety zones for machinery, display cases and shelving for samples.
We work with packaging producers, machinery builders, labelling specialists, automation firms and logistics providers, tailoring the space to each type of product.
In our workshop we build structures and furniture designed to work around heavy machines: technical platforms, service channels and guarding that protects visitors without hiding the equipment.
We coordinate the arrival of your machines and the services they need with your technical team, so demonstrations run smoothly from day one.
Hispack visitors come to solve a packaging or production-line problem. That is why we combine live demos, samples people can handle and meeting areas to talk through production, lead times and costs.
The aim is for every technical visit to end in a sales conversation with a clear next step.
With over 20 years designing and building stands at Fira de Barcelona and at packaging fairs across Europe, we know how to present machinery and packaging with order, safety and visual impact.
We build with durable materials and careful finishes, ready for the weight of your equipment and the heavy use of a trade show.
If you exhibit regularly, we can design a reusable modular stand that adapts to different floor plans.
Design, production, transport, installation and dismantling with a single contact, who also coordinates the services your machines need.
Your team only has to focus on meeting customers and showing your solutions.
We look at your products, the machines you want to show and your commercial goals for Hispack.
We design the stand in 3D with demo, display and meeting areas, and refine it with you.
We build it in our workshop, coordinate the arrival of your machinery and install the stand at Fira Barcelona Gran Via.
Hispack 2027 takes place from 4 to 7 May 2027 at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue (Av. Joan Carles I, 64, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat).
Packaging manufacturers, packing, filling and labelling machinery builders, automation and robotics suppliers, sustainable materials producers and logistics service providers.
It depends on the floor space booked, the level of customisation, the materials and the technology included. As a guide, a basic modular stand costs from €3,000–6,000, a mid-size custom stand €20,000–30,000, and premium stands for major international fairs can exceed €100,000. Floor space is booked and paid separately to the organiser. If you show machinery, technical platforms and services also count. Tell us about your project and we will send you a detailed quote.
We recommend starting ideally 3–4 months before the show, to allow enough time for design, production, approval, transport and installation. Shorter lead times are possible for urgent projects, but the earlier you start, the more options you have for customisation.
Yes. We design platforms, service channels and safety zones so machines can run safely and visitors can still see them up close.
Yes. If you exhibit at several shows a year, we design modular stands that adapt to different floor plans and can be reused edition after edition.
