SBC Summit takes place in Lisbon, at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL) and the MEO Arena in Parque das Nações, bringing together igaming and sports betting operators, suppliers and affiliates.
Build-up is concentrated in the days before opening and dismantling starts as soon as the show closes, with working hours and loading slots set out by the organiser in the exhibitor manual. Stands here lean on screens, lighting and lounge areas; everything is built in Barcelona and travels by road, so the on-site build is planned in detail.
Venue regulations worth bearing in mind:
- Stand approval: the organiser asks for stand plans and elevations by a set deadline; we prepare and submit them for you.
- Electricity: the power supply is ordered from the organiser; we size it to your screens, lighting and equipment.
- Double-deck stands: they need signed structural calculations and specific approval from the organiser.
- Venue rules: FIL has its own technical manual (heights, electrics, materials), and plans go to the organiser before the deadline.
Ideally, book your stand builder 3–4 months before SBC Summit, whether you need a compact trade show booth or a large island stand: that leaves time for 3D design, plan approval, production and ordering technical services. The price depends on the floor space booked, the type of stand (modular or custom), materials, international transport and extras such as audiovisuals, lighting or lounge areas. As a guide, a basic modular stand costs from €3,000–6,000, a mid-size custom stand €20,000–30,000, and premium stands for major international fairs can exceed €100,000. How far in advance should I order a stand for an international fair?
