Practical information for ISE Barcelona exhibitors
ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) is held at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue and fills most of its halls, which are organised into technology zones such as audio, video, control, digital signage and smart building.
Build-up is concentrated in the days before opening and dismantling starts as soon as the show closes, with working hours and loading slots set out by the organiser in the exhibitor manual. It is a technically heavy build: LED screens, video walls and demo rooms go in while the stand itself is being built, so we schedule each trade carefully.
Venue regulations worth bearing in mind:
- Stand approval: the organiser asks for stand plans and elevations by a set deadline; we prepare and submit them for you.
- Rigging: suspended elements can only be hung through the venue’s official rigging service, with its own load calculation.
- Materials: everything we build meets the venue’s fire-rating rules and travels with its certificates.
- Sound and light: audio demos are subject to volume limits and often need enclosed rooms or acoustic treatment so they don’t disturb neighbouring stands.
Ideally, book your stand builder 3–4 months before ISE Barcelona, whether you need a compact trade show booth or a large island stand: that leaves time for 3D design, plan approval, production and ordering technical services. We build in our Barcelona workshop and take the stand to the venue by truck, with our own installation and dismantling crew. ISE 2027 takes place from 2 to 5 February 2027 at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue (Av. Joan Carles I, 64, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat).

How much does an exhibition stand for ISE cost?
It depends on the floor space booked, the level of customisation, the materials and the technology included. As a guide, a basic modular stand costs from €3,000–6,000, a mid-size custom stand €20,000–30,000, and premium stands for major international fairs can exceed €100,000. Floor space is booked and paid separately to the organiser. At ISE, the integration of screens and sound has a big influence on cost. Tell us about your project and we will send you a detailed quote.
How far in advance should I order my stand?
We recommend starting ideally 3–4 months before the show, to allow enough time for design, production, approval, transport and installation. Shorter lead times are possible for urgent projects, but the earlier you start, the more options you have for customisation.
Can you integrate our own screens and audio equipment?
Yes. We design mounts, technical furniture and demo rooms around your equipment and coordinate the installation with your technical team or integrator.
Do you also handle installation and dismantling at Fira de Barcelona?
Yes. We build in our Barcelona workshop and our own crew installs and dismantles the stand at the Gran Via venue, handling the technical paperwork with the organiser.
